Responsibilities within your new role
As a part of this role, you will be required to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, utilising various channels such as telephone and email to establish and maintain relationships. Alongside this, you will also be responsible for logging instructions, arranging surveys, maintaining an electronic appointments diary, preparing invoices through audio typing, as well as performing general office duties such as filing. The ability to provide speedy, high-quality client service is essential to this position.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
While previous experience in a surveyor's environment would be beneficial, it is not a prerequisite for the role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of administrative support, Microsoft applications, and databases. Candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thrive on new challenges are particularly encouraged to apply.
