Responsibilities within your new role

Within this position as Residential Administrator, you will be tasked with effectively engaging with a wide spectrum of clients, using diverse communication channels like phone and email to establish and nurture relationships. Additionally, your responsibilities will encompass documenting instructions, coordinating surveys, managing an electronic appointment schedule, generating invoices via audio typing, and handling general office tasks, including filing. Proficiency in delivering prompt, top-notch customer service is a fundamental requirement for this role. 

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

Although prior experience in a surveyor's setting would be advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position. The preferred candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, along with a strong grasp of administrative support, and proficiency in Microsoft applications and database management. We especially encourage individuals who relish working in a dynamic, high-energy environment and thrive when faced with fresh challenges to submit their applications.
