Your rate of pay and hours of work

On offer is a competitive hourly pay rate of £16, along with accrued holiday pay, for a Monday to Friday shift pattern.

You will be joining a well-established provider of childcare services who are widely recognised as one of the leading organisations within the industry, with several branches across Edinburgh and Scotland.

 

Responsibilities as the Chef de Partie

As the new Chef de Partie, you will take on an integral role within our client’s establishment. Your key responsibilities include preparing daily menus in line with health and safety regulations, and ensuring all dietary requirements are adhered to. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all food orders are prepared on time. Along with this, you will manage stock levels, replenish ingredients when required and ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and clean throughout the day.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie who can demonstrate excellent knowledge of health and safety procedures as well as hygiene regulations. You should also have strong experience in working independently in a busy kitchen environment whilst having good communication skills both written and verbal. For this role you will be required to have a valid PVG certificate.
