Stafffinders has a fantastic opening for a dedicated Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant, to join a hugely successful international organisation in the heart of Paisley.

Your new job responsibilities

The key role of Accounts Assistant has numerous responsibilities, including: processing supplier invoices; supplier statement reconciliations; posting journals, credit card and bank reconciliation; as well as the all-important ad hoc duties.

This is a full-time, permanent job, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

Ideally, you will have positive experience as an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or Purchase Ledger Clerk, working within a similar fast-paced and high standard environment.

Previous experience of using SAP would be preferred, if not essential. You must be IT proficient, especially in Excel and other Microsoft software packages. You will have a strong customer focus and ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner.
