Responsibilities within your new role

As the new People and Culture Partner / SNR HR Specialist, you’ll be the go-to advisor for all things that support the development, engagement and success of the company’s most valuable assets, the people. Not only will you be involved in creating structure and process to empower and support the people, but you’ll also work to build collaborative, positive and trusted partnerships with various stakeholders, including leaders, team members and potential candidates. In addition, you’ll act as a cultural ambassador, embodying the company ethos through every interaction and initiative.

This is a hybrid role with 50% Recruiting and 50% HR.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in a generalist capacity or related function of HR, along with experience sourcing and recruiting 30+ roles a year across different countries. Bilingual in English and French or Spanish or German is required. We are keen to speak to individuals with a formal education in HR, Business or related.
