Your new role as Paid Media Manager 

As the new Paid Media Manager, you will take the lead as an accomplished digital expert in mentoring and growing the Paid Media team, developing a captivating and innovative media strategy to increase clients' ROI. This role will have a key focus on new business development on a global scale, with an emphasis on producing accurate proposals for all clients to set out clear objectives and activity.  

You will be the driving force behind developing and propelling bold digital strategies amongst your team to ensure all campaigns deliver exquisite results across the board. You’ll be proactive and enthusiastic in keeping up to date with the latest digital trends and advancements, sharing your expert knowledge and new ideas with the rest of your team. 

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications 

We are looking for an expert in the digital field who is passionate about building a successful career in Paid Media and influencing those around them to reach their fullest potential. You’ll be extremely self-motivated, possess excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines. 

Ideally, you will have at least 5 years' experience within a paid media role and demonstrated history of managing and mentoring a team of paid media experts. As Paid Media Manager, you’ll have unrivalled working knowledge of Google Ads as well as popular social media platforms including Facebook, and YouTube.
