Responsibilities within your new role
In this role as the Operation Administrator, you'll be reviewing and verifying data to guarantee its accuracy and completeness. Handling substantial volumes of data is a core component of the position, involving the use of software tools like Excel and similar applications. You'll also be tasked with the crucial duty of maintaining precise KPI data and crafting reports on haulier performance. Furthermore, you will provide valuable assistance in coordinating essential project activities and milestones, taking on responsibilities such as preparing meeting agendas and documenting meeting minutes.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
A minimum of two years of experience in logistics, administration or a closely related field is required for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, is a fundamental requirement. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. Familiarity with project management methodologies would be considered an advantageous asset.
