Responsibilities within your new role

In this role as the Night Duty Manager, you will be expected to lead the night team to success by ensuring that the night audit is done efficiently and that the night service runs smoothly. You will be responsible for attending to guest requests throughout the night to ensure a top-class customer experience, while also performing managerial tasks such as supporting, training and developing the team alongside supporting the Front Office Manager.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a Supervisory role or in working within a night team in a high-end hotel venue. To succeed in this role organisational skills are key and you will require the ability to work under pressure while juggling tasks. Above all, having integrity and being trustworthy are an essential part of being the new Hotel Night Manager.
