Responsibilities within your new role

As the newest Hotel Night Manager, and the face of the business, you will be responsible for overseeing all things building, staff and guests. You will be the first point of contact for patrons and will deal with any requests, queries or complaints. It will be your responsibility to manage room service throughout the night, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep are maintained throughout the building, supervising other team members, complying with all health, safety and fire checks and regulations, ensuring the smooth running of all services including room service, breakfast service, checking in and out, setting up and organisation of restaurant and bar, along with ensuring all financial procedures are completed and reported accurately.

The hours of work 12am to 8am (4 on, 4 off), however, there is the opportunity for flexibility with this.
