This position offers 40 hours a week and a salary of £20,800 per annum plus generous tips from the hotel’s lovely visitors. You will enjoy free food and drinks whilst on shift plus life assurance and health benefits including a health cash plan. You even get a £500 loyalty bonus in October as well as another £500 in January! 

 

Responsibilities within the Waiting Staff team 

As a Waiter or Waitress, you will greet the hotel guests with a smile and demonstrate a positive and welcoming attitude. You’ll be proactive in presenting menus and making tailored suggestions based on guests’ particular preferences throughout their stay.  

You will be creating an exceptional experience which leaves a magical impression for all guests. You’ll be surrounded by a team with a creative flair and a passion for fresh food and brilliant service with a desire to learn and grow. All striving to go beyond for guests, our team and the community. 

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications 

The role requires a talented, guest focused Waiter or Waitress, ideally with previous experience in a high-end establishment, although not essential. Of greatest importance is attitude, personality and a desire to progress your career.
