Waiting and Bar Staff - with accommodation

Seeking a unique and rewarding role in some of Scotland’s popular hotels? We’re recruiting for experienced Waiters and Waitresses who are looking to escape the hustle and bustle to embark on a live-in role with one of our incredible clients. It could be the Scottish Highlands, Perthshire or Ayrshire, we have a variety of locations available!


Rate of pay and benefits of your new role
As a member of the Waiting team, you will earn £9.50 to £10.15 per hour and be paid on a weekly basis. Benefits of your new role will include free accommodation at some of Scotland’s renowned hotels, access to kitchen facilities and other in-room necessities, as well as the opportunity to have access to the hotel facilities, depending on the venue.


Responsibilities in your new role

As a member of the Waiting staff team, you will proactively take orders and serve customers in a timely manner. For this role, you will also greet and speak to a broad clientele, providing excellent customer service at all times. 

You will work closely with the other teams within the venue, including the kitchen and management, to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and successfully.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

Although no qualifications are necessary for this role, some experience of bartending and waiting would be great! 

As a member of the team, you should have excellent attention to detail, and possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Consistently taking initiative and setting a high standard of service are key attributes for these positions. You will be a confident and friendly individual who takes pride in their role and contribution to the guests. 

You will be a natural team player whilst having the ability to work independently, having the opportunity to learn from more senior members of the team to enhance not only your career progression but also your own personal development and transferable skills.
