Responsibilities in your new role as Restaurant Manager  

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be a confident, supportive and enthusiastic member of the team, ensuring that the daily restaurant service runs smoothly each day. It will be your responsibility to coordinate staff training to help junior members flourish in their roles and develop new skills to complement the running of the restaurant.  

This role will also require the Restaurant Manager to build rotas for the team, making sure that every area of the restaurant is covered by a member of staff during busy periods. You will ensure that colleagues have carried out their assigned duties throughout the day, to guarantee the service within the restaurant is of high standard at all times. 


Your personality, experience and qualifications 

We are looking for a proactive and positive Restaurant Manager who has minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, either within a Hotel or Restaurant. You'll be a highly driven and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record in training and development. Above all else, you’ll be passionate about the hospitality industry as well as creating lasting memories for guests.
