This position offers 40 - 45 hours a week and a salary of £32,000 per annum plus generous tips from the hotel’s lovely visitors. You will enjoy free food and drinks whilst on shift plus life assurance and health benefits including a health cash plan. You even get a £500 loyalty bonus in October as well as another £500 in January! 

 

Responsibilities as the new Cocktail Bar Manager 

In joining this incredible hotel venue as their new Cocktail Bar Manager, you will be confident in taking the lead and overseeing the Cocktail Bar and Lounge. You will set up the bar, prepare drinks and ingredients, whilst consistently sharing your knowledge and pride for cocktails. 

As an accomplished and forward-thinking Cocktail Bartender, you’ll go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations in every aspect of their stay, as well as investing your time into training and mentoring your bar team. 

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications 

The role requires a talented, guest focused Cocktail Bartender, ideally with previous experience in a high-end or fast-paced establishment. Of greatest importance is attitude, personality and a desire to progress your career with the hospitality industry. 

You’ll demonstrate exceptional leadership skills as well as the ability to remain organised and poised throughout your shift.
