Your new job responsibilities 

As the Chef De Partie at this outstanding venue, you will take pride in creating the delicious meals available on the hotel's restaurant menu, whilst being proactive in understanding their recipes, methods of production and presentation. The Chef De Partie will take on a key role within the kitchen, confidently leading, supervising and supporting the junior members of the team. 


Your personality, experience and qualifications 

To be considered for this position, you must have strong experience as a Chef De Partie, ideally in high volume and fast-paced kitchens. You will have the ability to work well in a team whilst showing a genuine interest and passion for the hospitality industry.

The successful candidates should also have strong communication skills to ensure effective connections between the kitchen team and front of house team. As an individual you should have excellent attention to detail, possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be able to meet targets in a highly demanding environment.

Above all else, you should have an ambitious personality combined with a team-based work ethic.
