Your rate of pay and benefits in your new role
As the new Live-in Chef de Partie, you will receive £13.00 per hour and be paid on a weekly basis. Our client offers FREE live-in accommodation and access to the staff kitchen. You will enjoy what this stunning resort has to offer combined with activities right on your doorstep.

Responsibilities in your new role
As the Chef De Partie at this outstanding venue, you will take pride in cooking the delicious meals for wedding functions and the restaurant menu, whilst being proactive in understanding their recipes, methods of production and presentation.
The Chef De Partie will take on a key role within the kitchen, reporting directly to the General Manager. Prepping and serving multiple functions a day is a key part of the role, you will be well organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Your personality, experience and qualifications

As an individual you should have excellent attention to detail, possess a positive and energetic attitude and be able to meet targets in a highly demanding environment. Above all else, you should have an ambitious personality combined with a team-based work ethic.
