Live-in Bar Staff

Show off your bartending skills by mixing up classic cocktails, blending staple spirits and serving fine wines to a large clientele, in one of our bartending opportunities in Scotland.

Your new job responsibilities 

As a member of the friendly bartending team, you will primarily be creating drinks and cocktails from the broad selection on offer at these venues. You will greet and service customers in a welcoming and positive manner, ensuring that they receive excellent customer experience.

You may also be involved in monitoring stock control alongside your fellow colleagues and be required to use the till system for drinks orders.  

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications 

Although no qualifications are necessary for this role, some experience of bartending and a strong understanding of delivering fantastic customer service would be awesome.

As a member of the team, you should have excellent attention to detail, and possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Consistently taking initiative and setting a high standard of service are key attributes for these positions. You will be a confident and friendly individual who takes pride in their role and contribution to the guests.

You will be a natural team player whilst having the ability to work independently, having the opportunity to learn from more senior members of the team to enhance not only your career progression but also your own personal development and transferable skills.
