Responsibilities in your new role 

Due to continued growth within the business, you will take on an integral role by providing unrivalled secretarial support to the Dispute Resolution department. As the Legal Secretary, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with other departments including corporate clients, commercial property and waste and renewables.  

Within your role, you will also carry out the preparation of court documents in which full training can be provided. As the Legal Secretary, you will utilise the digital dictation systems and be proficient in Microsoft Office packages with the desire to learn new skills along the way. 

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are ideally looking for an experienced Legal Secretary who is able to demonstrate proven history within a similar role within the last 12 to 18 months. You will have a sound working knowledge and an excellent understanding of providing secretarial support within a fast-paced law environment.  

As an individual, you’ll be organised and have excellent communication skills, whilst being able to use your personal initiative and having the ability to work well in a team environment.
