Responsibilities within your new role
You will take on an integral role within the hotel as the new Head Receptionist. It will be your duty to lead a small team of receptionists to success in order to support the smooth running of the hotel. Being knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and what’s on offer in the surrounding areas will be a speciality of yours, as well as managing guest expectations and dealing with any issues that may occur.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
Previous experience as a Head Receptionist in a luxury hotel would be advantageous, along with experience leading a team. It is essential for the successful candidate to have good attention to detail and be highly organised. You should be able to prioritise and manage your own workload, whilst possessing a flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to change.
