Responsibilities in your new role 

As the new Head Chef, you will take pride in overseeing the entire kitchen to ensure that this runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely and collaboratively with the kitchen team to encourage them to reach their full potential, through a consistent and proactive approach. 

Your role will also involve supporting the full kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional high-quality dishes in the restaurant, whilst supporting and encouraging the communication of compliance requirements to all team members. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to uphold the fantastic reputation this hotel restaurant always holds and exceed customer expectations. 

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications
