Responsibilities within your new role

As part of the Live-in Waiting Staff team, you will receive ongoing training throughout your career as well as progression and development opportunities to enhance your personal and career ambitions.

As a Waiter or Waitress, you will be the face of the restaurant, dealing with customers to an efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for plate waiting, bar work, taking orders and clearing tables along with supporting senior members of staff in order to provide all guests with a five-star experience. You will demonstrate a positive and welcoming attitude and have good knowledge of the menu’s and produce used in order to assist customers with any questions they may have.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a talented, guest focused Waiter or Waitress, ideally with previous experience in a high-end establishment, although not essential. Of greatest importance is attitude, personality and a desire to progress your career. Working well within a team is also a key element to this role.
