Responsibilities within your new role
As a valued member of the Front of House team, you will join a friendly and supportive culture where your key responsibilities will be to greet customers in a polite and professional manner as well as prepare, clean and set the tables before and after use. You will provide excellent customer service when welcoming visitors by having in-depth knowledge of all products provided and by presenting customers with the menu and available drinks.
Throughout your shift, you will attend to the tables, take orders and ensure the customers are satisfied with the service. As part of the Waiting Staff team, you will also assist with customer queries and work closely with other teams within the venue.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We would love to speak to individuals who have a bright and welcoming personality, who are able to always deliver exceptional customer service. You will be enthusiastic and have a strong passion for the hospitality industry, as well as a true desire to create lasting memories for a varying clientele. You will require a minimum of one year of experience in a Front of House role within a busy restaurant or hotel environment.
