Your responsibilities as Finance Assistant 

As the Finance Assistant, you will work closely with the Finance Manager and team of Directors, as well as working independently on your own projects. Within your role, you will primarily conduct purchase ledger and banker duties combined with a strong focus on credit control.  

Alongside your primary duties, you will also be proactive in data entry and maintaining client records, as well as handling queries  via telephone and email.  

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications 

Do you have excellent working knowledge of finance, bookkeeping and credit control as well as the determination to make a real impact in a reputable company? This could be the role for you! 

We are on the lookout for a diligent and enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. You’ll be confident working in a standalone role and be able to manage your own workload. You will also have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, in order to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
