Responsibilities within your new role 

In this role, your responsibilities will include analysing sales data and relevant metrics to unearth growth prospects and areas for enhancement. You'll provide consistent performance reports to internal stakeholders, offering valuable insights and recommendations. 

Your role will involve close collaboration with marketing teams and hands-on execution of promotional campaigns and offers aimed at boosting traffic and sales across diverse marketplaces. Upholding a unified brand identity and messaging across all marketplace channels will be pivotal. Efficiently managing inventory levels and pricing strategies will be essential, as well as nurturing relationships with marketplace representatives and support teams, while monitoring customer reviews and ratings will allow you to promptly address any product or service-related concerns. 


Your personality, experience and qualifications 

A background in online marketplaces is undoubtedly crucial, with a particular emphasis on eBay, although familiarity with other platforms is also advantageous. Effectively overseeing the brands' representation across various online marketplaces necessitates a blend of proficiencies, encompassing business acumen, digital marketing expertise, and analytical capabilities. Your approach will be strategic, underpinned by a drive to expand market influence. Your organisational acumen and meticulousness hold significant weight, and you genuinely appreciate the significance of cultivating pivotal connections.
