We need a strong leader, who loves to see their team succeed, develop and fulfil their potential, whilst also having a successfully billing desk themselves. The personal touch is vital, so if you want to be figuratively tied to a desk and hide behind emails, perhaps give it a miss.
As for your experience, we are not going to put an exact time-scale on it but you must be able to clearly demonstrate a successful track record within a senior recruitment role, whilst still maintaining the same desire and motivation to succeed. This role could be ideal for an existing Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant or an existing Divisional Manager, looking to take the next leap forward in their career.
