Responsibilities within your new role

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to Media SMEs in the development and execution of client programs to meet campaign objectives
  • Oversee the development of media team members on the client account, including authoring materials and leading training sessions
  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of the role different channels and tactics play in integrated media plans
  • Tactical experience and knowledge should encompass SEM, Display/Programmatic, and Paid Social Media at a minimum
  • Act as the escalation point for clients; identify and secure the appropriate resources to solve issues as required
  • Work collaboratively with media team members to oversee and improve internal processes to provide high-quality service for the client
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with key vendor/platform partners


Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and ready to take on new challenges. We would like to speak to candidates with 8+ years of relevant digital media experience who also have at least 4 years of developing teams of digital media professionals behind them. In addition to this, you should be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of tactics, vendors, methodologies, betas, and industry trends and topics.
