Responsibilities within your new role

As the new Deputy Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of outstanding store colleagues, who provide essential services to the local community. You will support the training and development of the store, manage the rota to ensure all shifts are covered, open and close the store securely, manage the store’s performance, and deal with any grievance, disciplinary and attendance processes necessary.

This is a full-time role with weekend work required. You will be working 5 days out of 6 including a Saturday, 9am-5.30pm with a one-hour lunch break.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a jewellery store, with additional prior involvement as a team leader or retail manager. You will be excellent at building relationships, have a drive to mentor and support your team and enjoy a fast-paced working environment.
