Your new job responsibilities

As the Deputy General Manager, you will take on an integral role within the hotel that requires diligent attention to detail along with strong communication skills. You will provide support to the General Manager while also overseeing your own departments. You will work closely with other department heads to ensure smooth running throughout the property while also providing training and development opportunities for supervisors and team leaders.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience at a comparable level within the hospitality sector. We are exceptionally keen to speak to those with experience in delivering 5-star level service. A demonstrated history of successfully training and developing teams is a requirement. Additionally, candidates should be open to participating in training courses aimed at further developing and enhancing their current skills.
