Stafffinders are delighted to be partnering with our exclusive client, to source a talented Customer Service Administrator for their successful Global Freight Forwarding business with a competitive salary of £23,000 to £25,000 DOE. This is a fixed-term contract for one year, however, due to continual growth, this may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities in your new role

The Administrator role is vital to the overall operation, as it relieves the Customer Service team and Transport Planning team from admin work to give them the freedom to concentrate on their main tasks.

Specific tasks include order or general data entry and phone/email correspondence with customers and hauliers.

This is a full-time, permanent role, 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There is a hybrid working option of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, but it is also possible for you to work all days in the office should you prefer to do so.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be successful in this Administrator role, you will be required to demonstrate an excellent background in fast-paced Admin roles. It is essential that you possess strong organisational and communication skills, along with with good knowledge of IT and software packages, particularly Microsoft Office products.
