Responsibilities within your new role

As the Cocktail Bar Manager, you will take pride in managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including but not limited to contributing to a highly curated drinks programme with global reach, formulating venue-level strategy and events management. You will maintain company standards across all areas of the business whilst meeting financial targets. You will also manage team building and development within the venue while contributing to team management on a day-to-day basis.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of hospitality experience, 2 years of bar management experience and excellent knowledge of cocktails and spirits. The ability to work under pressure is key as well as being proactive and having great communication skills.
