Are you a dedicated and diligent Cleaning Supervisor looking for a new opportunity in Edinburgh? We are currently seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our client's team on a temporary basis.
What you will get in your new role
This temporary position offers an hourly wage of £11.35, with weekly pay and additional holiday pay accrual. The shift schedule for this role spans from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 16:30 to 21:00.
Responsibilities within your new role
As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 4 evening cleaners and be responsible for their training and development to ensure they meet all company requirements and safety standards. You will also play an integral part in preparing facilities prior to opening hours and cleaning up after closing hours while ensuring that all areas are ready for use by staff and service users.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor is not mandatory but is considered a plus. However, we are eager to speak with individuals with proven experience working within cleaning teams or supervising staff. As part of a small team, it is essential that you demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to effectively liaise with internal teams as well as external customers on a regular basis.
