Responsibilities in your new role

As our client's new Chef De Partie, you will be an integral team member within the kitchen, responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality to a high standard. You will support your team to deliver exceptional food and encourage them to take pride in their role through a consistent and positive approach. Demonstrate an open, honest and engaging culture where you and your team members can excel, whilst ensuring staff wellbeing is at the heart of everything you do.

 

Your personality, experience, and qualifications

We would be delighted to speak with Chefs who have obtained a couple of years of experience within a similar 5-star venue and who have had exposure to working in a fast-paced yet high-quality environment. 

Above all else, we are looking for a creative Chef with the drive and ambition to successfully support a well-established kitchen combined with supporting the journey of younger Chefs to create a strong, dedicated team.
