Responsibilities within your new role

As the Chef de Partie, you will play an integral role within the kitchen by preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes whilst maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure orders are prepared on time and efficiently. You will also have a strong knowledge of kitchen equipment in order to operate effectively in a busy kitchen environment.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or relevant culinary role in a fast-paced kitchen environment is required. Experience working in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous, and you should be able to display exceptional communication and creativity skills.
