Are you an experienced Chef de Partie looking for a new opportunity in the heart of Edinburgh? We are delighted to be partnering with an iconic restaurant where they are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join their team.

This is a permanent role, offering an excellent salary of £25,740 per annum, plus tips/gratuities. There is a weekly changing rota, where you will work 4 or 5 days per week, including some weekends.

Responsibilities within your new role

As the new Chef de Partie, you will take pride in preparing fresh ingredients to outstanding standards while ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and meals on time.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

You should have at least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment. You should be confident working in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting deadlines efficiently. Excellent communication skills are essential along with solid knowledge of food preparation techniques and Health & Safety protocols.
