A fantastic boutique hotel that has recently had a full refurbishment, making them a trendy and popular destination for locals, visitors and as an ideal wedding venue! The restaurant has a cool ambience and a menu that has something for everyone, attracting foodies from near and far!


Responsibilities within your new role

As the new Chef de Partie, you will take the utmost pride in cooking and preparing delicious dishes for the seasonal restaurant menu and for any wedding events scheduled, whilst being proactive in understanding the recipes, methods of production and presentation style of the venue. You will take on a key role within the kitchen, assisting the Head Chef with various tasks, such as food prep and ensuring the kitchen service runs smoothly to provide an exceptional customer experience.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be successful as the Chef de Partie you will be very well organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role is necessary, along with a creative flair and the drive to produce unique and delicious meals. We would be particularly keen to speak to those with event and banqueting experience also.
