Responsibilities within your new role

As the newest Chef de Partie, your main responsibilities will be supporting the Head Chef with hot and cold food preparation to the highest standard, running your section of the kitchen during service and ensuring a consistently high level of food service at all times through knowledge of menu items, awareness of preparation, and methods of cooking, along with ensuring kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned and relevant health and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.

This exciting new opening offers a generous earning capacity of £26,500, with a share of tips on top. The role is on a permanent basis with 48 hours worked over 5 days.
