The venue sits in the perfect spot to take in the full atmosphere of Scotland’s capital city. With menus evolving throughout the year, you will be able to explore your culinary finesse throughout all seasons. You will be encouraged to grow with training and development available for progression towards senior positions.
Responsibilities within your new role
- Preparing and cooking unique and top-class dishes
- Maintaining a high standard of food service
- Monitoring stock and ensuring appropriate rotation
- Minimising wastage
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy while ensuring no cross-contamination
The days of work will be 4 or 5 out of 7, approx. 40-45 hours per week.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
In joining this incredible restaurant, you will demonstrate excellent versatility and a positive mindset, whilst having excellent communication skills with the kitchen team and other departments. We would love to speak to talented Chefs with experience in a similar role who is able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and exquisite organisation skills.
