Responsibilities as the Chef de Partie 

As the new Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to work on fresh seasonal menus as well as the popular specials menu for a varied clientele. You will take great pride in preparing fresh ingredients to a high standard and have great presentation skills.  

You’ll be proactive in keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy throughout your shift and may be required to deal with deliveries and stock rotation. As the Chef de Partie, you will be able to work effectively as part of a team and be confident working in a fast-paced yet high-quality environment. 


Your personality, experience and qualifications 

In joining this incredible restaurant, you will demonstrate excellent versatility and a positive mindset, whilst having excellent communication skills with the kitchen team and other departments.  

You will have the ability to follow in-house procedures to ensure that the business is compliant and working within the law, as well as demonstrating high standards of personal hygiene in both your appearance and working practice.
