Keen to explore a new opportunity at one of Edinburgh’s new trendy restaurants? We’re seeking a driven and talented Chef de Partie to become a member of the close-knit kitchen team, earning up to £14 per hour with tips and meals on shift included.

Located on the outskirts of Edinburgh, this new bar and restaurant features a contemporary design and trendy interior, attracting locals and tourists alike. This venue has a restaurant, bar and beer garden which is sure to be a hit over the summer months and beyond. Serving up classic dishes and Scottish delicacies, this venue also offers delicious wines and cocktails to suit their large clientele. 

 

Responsibilities of your new role 

As the new Chef de Partie, you will take on an integral role within this new venue by assisting with the running of the kitchen alongside the rest of the kitchen team. You’ll have the opportunity to run your own section of the kitchen and be responsible for preparing mis en place.  

In joining our incredible client, you will work 5 days per week for approximately 10 hours per day, where there will be around 3 to 4 Chefs on shift at a time. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the close-knit team of Chefs and Kitchen Porters.
