Responsibilities of the Chef de Partie 

As the new Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the hotel’s Head Chef, assisting with planning and organisation within the kitchen department, ensuring that the food service runs smoothly at all times. You’ll provide support to the wider kitchen team and strive to achieve the highest standard of food with exquisite presentation.  

Your role will consist of preparing and cooking dishes in a high-quality yet timely manner, and you will proactively encourage the rest of the team to follow in your footsteps. You will also work closely with the restaurant team and communicate with them regarding customer expectations, handling any complaints professionally and politely. 


Your personality, experience and qualifications 

We are ideally seeking a talented Chef who has obtained at least 1 years’ experience within a Rosette kitchen or similar.  

The successful candidates should also have strong communication skills to ensure effective connections between the kitchen team and front of house team. As an individual you should have excellent attention to detail, possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be able to meet targets in a highly demanding environment.
