Located in North Queensferry, our client has been a market leading tourist attraction for almost 30 years. With over 100,000 tourists visiting annually, this is a ‘must-see’ family destination, offering a wide variety of events and experiences.

 

Responsibilities in your new role

Reporting directly to the Catering Manager, you will have a key role in the day-to-day operation of the outlet. Whether it be opening and closing procedures, stock management, supervision of staff or duty manager cover, you will find plenty of variety to keep you on your toes!

This is a full-time, permanent position, 5/7 days on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, approximately 8.30am to 5pm.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

Ideally you will have strong experience in a fast-paced, high volume catering environment, preferably with supervisor responsibilities.

As an individual you should have excellent attention to detail, possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be able to meet targets in a highly demanding environment.

Candidates should have highly effective communication skills, speak English to a high standard and have great, personal presentation.
