Responsibilities in your new role
As the newly appointed Business Support Executive, you will hold a pivotal position in providing comprehensive assistance to all sectors within the organisation. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects, including the administration of databases, CRM systems, and financial management tools. Furthermore, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimising course bookings, maintaining and managing staff certifications, and other essential functions. You will also manage and control business vehicle registrations, maintain records of purchase orders and invoices issued for each entity within the company, support maintenance of PPE records for all entities, along with assisting with general office duties such as answering phones and emails, welcoming visitors, maintaining office records (mailing, banking), filing documents and more.
Your experience, personality and qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience working in administration or similar roles. Knowledge and understanding of various MS packages are essential. Excellent communication skills combined with strong organisational skills are required to succeed in this role. You should be able to work independently or as part of a team efficiently while displaying strong problem-solving skills. A full UK driving licence is required.
