We’re on the lookout for
experienced Waiting staff to join a well-established hotel in the city centre
of Glasgow, to work within the Breakfast Waiting team on a temporary
basis.
Your
rate of pay and hours of work
In joining a well-known city
centre hotel establishment, you will receive an hourly rate of £9.50 per hour
and have the opportunity to work a variety of days throughout the week.
Standard shift times are weekdays 7am – 1pm and weekends 8am – 2pm.
Responsibilities
as the Breakfast Waiting team
As a member of the Waiting and
Bar staff team, you will proactively take orders and serve customers in a
timely manner, whilst creating drinks and cocktails to a high standard. Your
role will focus on the breakfast and afternoon tea service and will also
consist of plate waiting.
You will greet and service
customers in a welcoming and positive manner, ensuring that they receive
excellent customer experience. You'll also work closely with the other teams
within the venue, including the kitchen and management, to ensure day-to-day
operations run smoothly and successfully.
Your
personality, experience and qualifications
Although no qualifications are
necessary for this role, some experience of bartending and waiting would be
great!
As a member of the team, you
should have excellent attention to detail, and possess a positive and
enthusiastic attitude. Consistently taking initiative and setting a high
standard of service are key attributes for these positions. You will be a
confident and friendly individual who takes pride in their role and
contribution to the guests.
