Your new job responsibilities 

As the new Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for a variety of key responsibilities including: 

  • Overseeing food production for breakfast. 

  • Organise and manage nutritious and healthy options for team meals daily.  

  • Assist with stock control and food wastage. 

  • Ensure implementation of health and safety and other legislation.  

  • Liaise with other departments and attend regular meetings.  

  • Monitor competitors and be aware of current trends & implement ideas. 

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications 

The role requires a talented and ambitious Breakfast Chef, ideally with 2 years' previous experience in a high quality, breakfast service kitchen. You should be an individual who embraces the ‘field-to-fork' ethos, as well as someone who wants to escape the city and embrace the breathtaking countryside the Scottish Highlands offers.
