Your rate of pay and hours of work
The salary for this role is a generous £24,500 per annum.
Due to our client being a 24-hour business, you will work on a shift basis to cover 8am to 9pm, Monday to Friday, and be required to work one in every four weekends of the month. These shifts will include a mixture of early, late and standard day shifts. You may need to work additional hours or weekends to cover large events.

Despite small beginnings, current turnover is in the region of £4/5 million, with increases expected as the company continues to thrive.
Responsibilities within your new role
In your new role as a Booking Agent, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all that connect with the company. You will take reservations, produce quotes, communicate with other teams internally and allocate transport for each hire, along with generally ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are looking to speak with candidates with previous experience in booking reservations for customers. Furthermore, you should have strong communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude, along with being highly organised and having the ability to multi-task efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment. Having excellent geographical knowledge of Scotland will see you go far in this role, as well as fluency in English (any additional languages are an added bonus!).
