Your rate of pay and hours of work
The rate of pay is a competitive £10.42 per hour which will be paid to you weekly. There are various shift opportunities to fit your personal schedule and holiday pay will be accrued.
Responsibilities within your new role
As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot/cold beverages and food, cash handling and till work, clearing tables, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and following food hygiene and Health & Safety policies. You will thrive as part of a team in order to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold previous Barista experience, along with a proven track record in a similar coffee shop or café environment. You should have excellent attention to detail and possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Consistently taking initiative and setting a high standard of service are key attributes for this position. You will be a confident and friendly individual who takes pride in your role and contribution to your customers.
