Bar and Waiting Staff - with accommodation

Are you seeking a unique and rewarding live-in role in one of Scotland’s stunning locations? We’re on the lookout for experienced Waiting and Bar staff to join our incredible hotel client based on the banks of Loch Fyne, Argyll and Bute.


Your rate of pay in your new role 

For this live-in role, you will receive a rate of pay of £9.50 per hour which you will be paid on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities in your new role

Working closely with the hotel's welcoming General Manager, you will join a supportive team of like-minded individuals to help support the bar and restaurants within the hotel.  

As a member of the Food and Beverage team, you will proactively take orders and serve customers in a timely manner. For this role, you will also greet and speak to a broad clientele, providing excellent customer service at all times. You will work closely with the other departments within the venue, including the kitchen and management, to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and successfully. 


Your personality, experience and qualifications 

Although no qualifications are necessary for this role, some experience of waiting or bar work and a strong understanding of delivering fantastic customer service would be advantageous. 

As a member of the Bar and Waiting team, you will have excellent attention to detail, whilst possessing an enthusiastic and positive attitude. You will be a confident and friendly individual who takes pride in their role and contribution to the guests.
