Responsibilities within your new role

As the new Assistant Operations Manager, you will liaise with other Heads of Departments to lead your teams to exceed guest expectations by setting a positive example and by rewarding excellent performance. Your responsibility will be to efficiently manage a large team on a day-to-day basis and develop the team to reach its full potential. You will also effectively manage the distribution of workload to ensure smooth service at all times. On top of this, you will conduct staff training and ensure all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and positive Assistant Operations Manager who has previous experience in a similar Duty or Operations Manager role, within a 2-Rossette or higher venue. You'll be a highly driven and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record in training and development. Above all else, you’ll be passionate about the hospitality industry as well as creating lasting memories for guests.
