Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new opportunity in the heart of Glasgow? Stafffinders are working alongside a reputable client who are seeking a well organised and tech-savvy Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary ongoing basis. 

 

Your rate of pay and hours of work 

This position is a temporary assignment which will be ongoing, on a week-to-week basis. As the new Administrator, you will receive a pay rate of £9.75 per hour which you will be paid on a weekly basis. 

Your hours of work will be 8am to 4:30pm with 1 hour for lunch. 

 

Responsibilities as an Administrator 

As Administrator, you will take on a fundamental role within the business to provide outstanding admin support to the team and ensure everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Your role will also involve data input, including customer details and other information, combined with scanning and photocopying when required. 

Within this role, you will be proactive and be able to manage the post and handle incoming telephone queries in a professional manner. You will have great communication skills in order to liaise with a variety of departments whilst striving to build meaningful relationships between different stakeholders.
