You will effectively oversee all operations being conducted within the organisation’s factory, ensuring that machinery and equipment meet requirements and that employees are working efficiently.

The ability to multitask is advantageous as an Industrial Team Leader as well as being able to communicate well with others. Your day to day tasks will also involve strategic planning and coordinating projects to contribute to the successful running of the production line. As Team Leader it is your responsibility to identify new methods and improvements in order to increase productivity and quality of the goods being produced, whilst adhering to a specific budget and key company goals.

To qualify for a role as Supervisor Team Leader within the Industrial sector, you are required to have a degree in Business Management or Engineering. You will also be ambitious and keen to carry out extensive training to develop a strong understanding of the company and its values.
