Could not recommend stafffinders enough. I met with Chloe, and already she had me in mind for a position that had just come up. She organised the interview, and I was successful. Throughout the temping experience she was always readily available with advice, or help. I am now a permanent employee and could not have done it without stafffinders.
Thank you so much Chloe x

Depending on the size, goals, and nature of the organisation, specialists may differ considerably in their responsibilities and in the methods they use. Training methods include on-the-job training; apprenticeship training; classroom training and electronic learning, which may involve interactive Internet-based training, multimedia programs, distance learning, satellite training, videos and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops.
What does a Learning and Organisation Development Specialist do?
They plan, organise and direct a wide range of training activities, including orientation sessions and arranging on-the-job training for new employees. They help rank-and-file workers maintain and improve their job skills and possibly prepare for jobs requiring greater skill.
Learning/Organisation Development Specialists may set up individualised training plans to strengthen an employee's existing skills or teach new ones. Planning and programme development is an important part of the role. In order to identify and assess training needs within the firm, trainers may confer with managers and supervisors or conduct surveys.
